The assessment
Ten minutes, free, no call required. It scores your operation against all six positions in the model and returns a readout telling you which layer to build next — and which to leave alone for now.
Our Offerings
Everything we do is a component of The Durable Operation — four layers of fundraising system in the only order that works, held by two rails that apply from the first day. Start where you actually are, and add a layer when you're ready.
How it works
Ten minutes, free, no call required. It scores your operation against all six positions in the model and returns a readout telling you which layer to build next — and which to leave alone for now.
Three to five weeks per system. Templates, triggers, decision rules, and the dashboard that proves it worked — built in the tools you already pay for. Your team runs it; we don't operate it for you.
Handover is a working session, not a document dump — you run the system once while we watch. Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days are included, not sold separately.
The systems
Each is fixed scope, runs three to five weeks, and ends with a written playbook your next hire could pick up on their third day. The model tells you the order; the assessment tells you where you already are.
Layer one — the ground
$2,500Deduplication, address and email hygiene, a naming convention your team will actually follow, and segments that mean something. Unglamorous, and everything above it fails without it.
Priced for files up to 5,000 records. Larger files quoted after we look.
Layer two
$2,500Appeals, stewardship, reporting and events on a single page with named owners and real dates — built to hold when a program crisis eats a month, because it will.
Layer three
$2,500The five-touch, ninety-day sequence that turns a first-time donor into a repeat donor. Roughly three-quarters of new online donors never give again — and the window that decides it is short and entirely procedural.
Usually the fastest to show a result — you will know inside one giving cycle.
Layer four
$2,500Monthly donors retain at roughly 71–80% and carry about double the lifetime value of one-time donors. Most small organizations have the checkbox and no program behind it.
The rail — runs through every layer
$2,500Every recurring task inventoried and sorted into automate, augment, protect and eliminate — then one deployment actually built, and a one-page policy you would be comfortable publishing.
For founder-led businesses
$2,500The same model translated for business: know what actually drives revenue before automating anything, isolate one constraint, ship one system with a human in the loop, and write it down so it outlives whoever built it.
What it costs
Fixed-fee and quoted in writing before anything starts. Never a percentage of what you raise — that's prohibited by the sector's own code of ethics, and for good reason.
Ten minutes. Scores you against the model and recommends what to build first.
Any of the six. Three to five weeks, including handover and the 30/60/90 check-ins.
Built in sequence, not at once — the second starts when the first is running.
Roughly two quarters of work. The point at which the model starts compounding.
All four layers plus the AI Line, staged across twelve months.
Optional, and only after a build. Monthly working call, questions answered, quarterly QA. Explicitly not a fractional development director — we don't execute, which is what keeps this affordable.
Prices are what they are because AI does the drafting and the assembly. That is the whole reason this is affordable at your size — and the reason nothing donor-facing goes out without a person reading it first.
